The Table
A curated small-group experience for women who are ready to slow down and reconnect with themselves in a space that feels grounded, creative, and real.
This is not an art class or a therapy group.
This is a place to gather, reflect, explore emotions, and experience belonging through meaningful conversation and creative journaling.
Why I Created This
For a long time, I believed I needed to hold it together and manage my inner life on my own. What I learned instead is that courage, clarity, and growth often take shape in the presence of others.
When women gather with intention, listening without fixing and speaking honestly without being rushed, something begins to shift. Voices grow steadier, emotions become easier to name, and creativity feels more accessible and life-giving.
The Table exists because this kind of work requires space, time, and relationships. It is not meant to be rushed or done alone.
Who This Is For
This experience is best for women who value returning to the same space over time rather than a one-time experience.
It offers a steady, relational rhythm that supports depth, consistency, and growth as it unfolds gradually.
Through this ongoing work, you’ll practice speaking from what is true, reconnect with yourself, and carry that awareness into the everyday moments that shape your life.
Each gathering follows a gentle rhythm with clear structure and flow, creating safety while allowing room for discovery.

“This class was a blessing for me to get to know myself better, who I am, and how much God loves me.
Each class was well organized and well planned. We got to know the ones in the class and how they are learning and growing.
It was FUN, and we got to take our journals with us to look back and see the memories we made in this class.”
